Background: Bruxism in children is an alarming and a profound parafunctional behaviour. The causative factors can be multifactorial and overlapping in paediatric patients, which make it complex in treating, applying a comprehensive and an effective treatment plan for this masticatory destructive habit. This article reviews and summarizes the aetiology, pathophysiology and conservative treatment approaches to Bruxism in children. This review literature was written after obtaining adequate articles on the search engines, PubMed, PubMed Central, Google Scholar after entering the Keywords.
