Background: The Purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the three different maxillary molar distalizers. THE PENDULUM APPLIANCE, *JONES DIG* & LOKAR DISTALIZER*** on distalization of manillary first molar and the reciprocal effects on the anchor premolars/deciduous molar. The maxillary molar distalization and anchorage loss was evaluated by obtaining pre and post molar distalization cepholometric radiograph and in oral periapical Xrays and study casts.
