Abstract

Background:  In a day to day practice dentists are facing many problems. One of the common problems is separation of an instrument. The separation of an endodontic instrument instantly transforms a case, from whatever level of difficulty it was preoperatively, to a new level of severity. The aim of the article is to present a case that used RVG and CBCT to locate and successfully remove a fractured endodontic instrument usage of ultrasonics around the binded instrument and thereby loosening it and removing it with the help of a lock in tweezer..
