Abstract

It is acknowledged that a one-piece implant design is a more solid idea because the implant and abutment are not connected. Minimal periimplant bone loss can result from the absence of a microgap. In addition, there is a decline in mechanical issues such screw loosening and
abutment fractures. Due to the great cortical stability of these implants, they can be inserted right away and put into immediate operation. By
removing the abutment interface, the weakest link in the two-piece implant, the one-piece implant strengthens and stabilizes the prosthesis.
The one-piece implant is a good option for individuals or surgery sites where there is insufficient bone to support a prosthesis as well.
