Background: Successful endodontic therapy requires the knowledge of internal and external anatomy and its variations. The internal anatomy of maxillary central incisor is well known and usually has one root and one radicular canal. This case report describes an endodontic treatment of a maxillary central incisor with one root and two canals systems, demonstrated by radiographic examination.
