Abstract

Background:  Interdisciplinary and intra-disciplinary management of patients requires co-ordination and cooperation amongst the different specialists involved. In dentistry team approach promotes continuity of care that is comprehensive, convenient, cost effective and efficient result in the best treatment result for the patients.This review will focus on the clinical conditions that affect the common operating area of the specialities of Orthodontics and Prosthodontics so as to achieve a stable morphological, functional and esthetic treatment goal.
