Abstract

Background:  Time leaves its imprint on every living thing. The process of aging begins at birth, the physiologic age is the resultant effect of the passage of time on the functional elements of the body.  The aging method is outlined as sum of all morphologic and functional alterations that occur in an organism and result in functional impairment, that reduces one’s ability to survive the stress. The aim of preventive prosthodontics should at least stop further progression of oral disease and prevent the loss of remaining tissues.
