Background: Cinguloradicular groove is a developmental anomaly which is a predisposing factor for periodontal and endodontic problems. Most of the times these grooves go undiagnosed and need an interdisciplinary approach of treatment. This case report describes a successful collaborative management of maxillary lateral incisor with a cinguloradicular groove using a combination of surgical endodontic and periodontal therapy.
