The visual treatment objective prediction tracing is a crucial instrument in the diagnosis and treatment of dentofacial and craniofacial abnormalities. It facilitates the evaluation of facial esthetics and the planning of necessary surgical interventions and adjustments. The visualization of the treatment objective can be a straightforward but reasonably accurate way to forecast the relationship between the incisor and molar. It may also be used to assess whether any “midcourse” adjustments are made during treatment and to compare the outcome to the initial forecast. The visual representation of the patient’s progress is crucial in guiding the therapist to evaluate and track therapy advancement and implement strategic modifications. Asignificant determinant in forecasting the appropriate treatment for a patient is the clinician’s personal assessment and appraisal, encompassing both the physical condition and mental disposition.
